This mother-daughter team has been involved in all aspects of pageantry since 1993, from pageant mom/grandma
all the way to pageant contestant.
In 1995, they began producing a food
drive benefit pageant. To date, contestants have collected and donated over 23, 000 pounds of food to the Oregon Food
Bank. In 1999, wanting to venture further into pageantry, they created 5 Star Pageant Productions, and started directing.
As national directors, Charlotte
and Sherrie are dedicated to making each pageant a fun filled and memorable event. Their goal for each contestant is
to help build strong self-esteems, help them to develop poise, practice their public speaking and to also better
their interview skills. They believe in what true pageantry represents...dedication, committment, and
community involvement.
